On customer request, the platform can either be hosted on the client's or on our servers. The platform will be adapted to your corporate design and IT infrastructure. Hosting on our servers include ½ hour of service a month (for routine maintenance, smaller updates or the support of your eLearning team). The installation fee starts at 450 euros. The hosting fee starts at 180 euros a month.

You need a virtual room for learning/teaching or cooperate work but you don’t need the whole platform? In that case you simply rent a metacoon room on our platform. The rent for a room is 10 euros per month (excluding telephone support or any kind of service). One time set-up fee: 50 euros at a hand over time of 5 work days, 100 euros for instant installation. We will develop digital learning material according to your requirements. If you wish to produce content yourself our experienced authors will support your employees producing superior eLearning content. The metacoon authoring tools can be downloaded free of charge. No licence fee is required. You can order an installation CD at a nominal charge of 10 euros by simply writing us an email.
